FOR THE STRONG AND THE BEAUTIFULActuality is, as usual, not actual. Its clock's second hand is always in a rush and its minute hand drags hopelessly behind. Its hostility has long become familiar to us, and its madness is an every day affair. As a rule, her slogans are empty and trivial. And still. For the strong and the beautiful or for the weak and the ugly? For the filthy rich or for those firmly established in their wretchedness? There aren't that many variants of replies to these questions. Art has lost its edifying function. Nowdays it is the old lady - the publicity, who is in charge of the tuning of the universe. The artist, retreating into his private chambers, surprisingly to himself, brings again up the theme of love - the rejected, the unknowable, the actual. The list of participant in this project artists has been compiled without references to their ratings and hierarchial position at the art hit parade. Актуальность
по-прежнему не актуальна. Её секундная стрелка всегда спешит, а
минутная беспомощно опаздывает. Её агрессивность уже давно стала
родной, а сумасшествие будничным. Как правило, её слоганы пустотны
и незатейливы. И всё-таки…
